A Heart For Community & Learning

It’s official. Greg and I are now club owners!! Our Deep Human VIP Club sold out within hours of our launch, and we are super psyched to get started. In the works for both our Deep Human VIP and Deep Human clubs are live AMAs, monthly workshops, talks, fireside chats and super fun events with special guests like Rachel Lim, Volker Krohn, Juliana Chan and Petrina Kow. If you’d like to get on the waitlist for the next intake for our Deep Human VIP Club, you can sign up here. The waitlist for our next intake of Deep Human Club is here.

The rapid sign-ups for our clubs demonstrate how eager everyone is to learn, grow, and be part of something bigger than themselves.

Unfortunately, many from the community have also shared with me that despite their eagerness to learn, their companies are often hesitant about investing in their training. This hesitation is a missed opportunity because learning good leadership skills can significantly increase employee engagement, reduce burnout, and boost high performance.

If your company needs some persuasion to support your training, try linking it to recent pain points in your organization that are related to people issues. For instance, let them know that every time someone leaves, it costs the company 6-10 months of their salary in direct and indirect costs. Learning leadership skills is vital to keeping people invested and it is also essential for continuous learning and growth. The coaching, feedback, and communication skills you gain can also be shared with your team.

Our alumni can attest to this. They often share with us how they go on to conduct versions of our training with their own teams and the impactful changes they are making from the ground up!

If you are keen to join our training programmes, our Deep Human Confidence workshop is sold out, but we have limited seats left for our popular Deep Human Influence workshop, and our flagship training programme, Deep Human Leadership.

Managing and leading people starts with self-work. Being aware of our own blind spots and development areas, and modelling a growth mindset to others is important. The best leaders have a heart for people and for learning. If your company is still reluctant to pay for your training, tell HR that you are joining our programme as a spy to check out if the course is good, so that they can hire us to do the in-house training next time!!

Your drive to learn and grow fuels us to create even more impactful experiences. Thank you for your energy and passion – we are building something truly extraordinary and I am so honoured to be a part of your journey.

Much love

Crystal
