Crystal's Weekend Notes - 20 May 2023

Hi community! I’m really excited to announce a new collaboration with my dear friend Rachel Lim, co-founder of iconic Asian brand Love, Bonito, and one of the most well-known female entrepreneurs of her generation.

Rach and I always get asked about love - how to we maintain a healthy relationship with our spouses despite demanding travel and work demands, how to deepen intimacy, how to get through life’s tough times as a couple and much more!

So we decided to offer a special series of events!

♥︎ #RelationshipGoals Workshop 24 June 2023 - Dr. Greg and myself will be facilitating an afternoon workshop healthy communication and understanding how to deal with challenges and different conflict styles

♥︎ Deep Connections Bali Retreat 22 to 24 July 2023- We also heard your feedback that you would like to have deeper and more immersive retreat experiences!

So for the first time we are teaming up to offer a retreat in Bali for singles and couples interested in deepening their intimacy skills, unblocking negative behaviours and mindset about love, and learning how to show up for ourselves and others with love and compassion.

Dr. Greg and myself have been running retreats for decades and are huge believers of the importance of getting away from the noise so we can do deep reflection and powerful inner work to set ourselves up for success. Our retreats are full of engaging and experiential exercises that involve mind, body, heart and soul. There will also be candid fireside chats with Rachel joining us, casual dinners and morning and evening meditations.

This retreat will be a chance to connect to yourself and to likeminded people who are passionate about personal growth, and explore the most profound subject of our life - how do we live and love wholeheartedly.
